First off, to my writer, thank you very much for your time and effort! I am already eagerly awaiting your fill! I have a ton of different potential prompts for you, but of course feel free to put your own spin on things and get creative, and don't feel constrained by what I've included. DNWs aside, I consider this just a resource for you to get a sense of my general tastes and what I might like, but it's in no order of preference and it's definitely not all-encompassing – my heart is not set on any one outcome for any ship I requested, so please go the distance! Also, just because I might have more to say about one ship than another also is no indication of preference – I will 100% enjoy the shit out of all of these ships.

Do Not Wants: extreme blood and gore, explicit torture, sexualized bodily waste, vore, sexualized violence/abuse/humiliation, rape/noncon, slavery fic, ship and character bashing, infidelity/cheating, pregnancy fic, omegaverse, unrequested background ships.

General Likes: worldbuilding, genre and archetype subversions, trope deconstructions, codependency as coping mechanisms, (semi-)functional relationships growing out of complicated – or even fucked-up – history, actions having consequences, accountability for wrongdoing, forgiveness and absolution being two different things, women in power – how good they are with that power being another matter entirely, slow burns, missing scenes, positive/hopeful endings (it doesn't have to be saccharine; I can do gut-punchy but I dislike out-and-out tragedy), found families, power struggles and relationship tension, strong but understated emotion, when "I love you" is meant but never actually said.

Favorite AU types: canon divergences, alternate timelines where a canon choice/event changes and we explore the resulting outcome, soulmates, time travel, vampires.

BB-8/BB-9E

I love droid shenanigans as a rule - whether it involves face-offs, competitions to be the best BB unit on the block, or maybe some sort of race to the finish to protect or obtain some sort of important data for the organizations they represent. Or else having to join forces to escape a mutually unfavorable situation. What makes BB-8 one of a kind compared to other BB units? Does BB-9E resent or envy BB-8's software?

(Note: As cute as I find BB-8 with the other TFA heroes, BB-8 is first and foremost Poe Dameron's droid imo, and I'd prefer to see that reflected!)

Cardinal/Vi Moradi

The end of the Phasma novel left many questions that I'd love to see answered – namely, what happens next? How do two mortal enemies who spared and saved each other, respectively, go on to survive and fight another day? Does Cardinal actually survive his stab wound? How does Vi explain her decision to bring him to her rendezvous point? Do they remain free agents, join the Resistance, or some combination thereof? What about Vi's brother? What names do they go by? Does information and storytelling continue to be a vehicle of communication between them? Who is better at knitting?

Suralinda Javos/Jessika Pava

I really enjoyed the recent interactions these two women had in the recent Poe comic arc, specifically the vast differences in their worldviews -
I'd love to see more of Jess's idealism and heroism up against Suralinda's pragmatism and do-it-for-the-story approach.

Do they work alongside each other for another propaganda mission, perhaps, or do their paths cross again when they've (at least temporarily) moved on to other things? Does Suralinda's story-mongering unearth any details regarding the glimpses of Jess's backstory we've seen? Any equipment nerdery they can share? How do their different strengths and weaknesses get them out of trouble, and do they trust each other to drink to it after?

Ransolm Casterfo/Poe Dameron/Ben Solo | Kylo Ren

Listen. Hear me out. All three of these guys have a connection with Leia Organa and that's legitimately a huge reason why I am into this ship, and I'd love to see that highlighted. Also – Ransolm Casterfo, who was responsible for publicly revealing Leia and Darth Vader's biological relationship, and Kylo/Ben, whose fall is implicitly tied to that revelation, and Poe with his unwavering ideals thrown up against Ransolm, who used to idealize the Empire until he realized his political party idealized something else entirely, and Kylo/Ben, and the choices he's made.

I'm super into the idea of the AU where Casterfo escaped/was rescued from the fate promised him at the end of Bloodline and has assisted with the Resistance in some way, even if he remains a skeptic. Did Poe help with that rescue? How did they meet and get started with each other? Is Kylo still with the First Order, or has he returned to the Resistance after the events of TFA, or is this an AU where he never fell at all. How would he respond to Ransolm's role in exposing his family's secrets in any of these situations, in conjunction of whatever tensions he may have with Poe?

Chelli Lona Aphra/Sana Starros

BITTER! EXES! I could read this ship in so many scenarios – how they first met and got started, to whatever betrayal of Aphra's caused the rift between them, to Sana's decision that whatever it wants warrants murder, and any sort of situation that could render them as situational allies anew to something more. I'd love something that included Sana's backstory. Murderdroid shenanigans are a bonus. If they have sex, I'd love something that didn't skew 100% soft/tender – there's enough bitter history between them I'd love to see that come through in something a little rough and tumble.

I don't want a soulmates AU for this ship.

Poe Dameron/Terex

Garbage foeyay nonsense. I love Poe, and I love to hate Terex. It's a good balance, because I don't care if it's doomed for failure. I'm down to read fic that can be set at any point in the comics, whether you wanna run it from early on oneupmanship to the current "Break free of your programming and save Poe's ass some more buddy (so you can stab him in the back later)." I love the "Poe defies all the odds constantly... but also there are bumps in the road" up against "Terex does not know when to quit – and frankly seems to enjoy losing more and more?"

Listen I will read anything from stupid banter to "I hate your politics but like your butt" to cat&mouse to hatesex and back again.

Poe Dameron/Muran

New Republic squadron-mates and also boyfriends? Something more, something not quite? How did they meet? Poe is a commander and thus obviously commissioned by the New Republic; did Muran come up the same way, or is rank something they have to work around? I'd love to see ways in which they have each other's back, in training or on the occasion long patrols pan out to something more exciting, them being with each other and with Rapier Squadron.

I'd love to see more of Muran fleshed out, especially since I feel like his loss was so critical in Poe and the rest losing trust in the status quo in the NR and switching over to the Resistance. I'd also just love more insight into Poe's time in the New Republic and the relationships he built during that time. I don't mind something dealing with the aftermath of Before the Awakening but I'd definitely prefer to seeing what things were like before.

Shara Bey/Kes Dameron

This is my one exception to pregnancy featuring in fic so long as it's just a feature and not the focus. However, I'd also prefer fic set before Shara ever gets seriously sick (foreshadowing canon is fine).

Relationships in wartime - how and when did they meet, what drove them to join the Rebellion and how long had they been married before that point? I'd love to see more of the struggle that came with that decision, especially with an infant in the mix, and the knowledge of how hard it would be and how much trust that would entail. I'm also into post-decision - were there doubts, close calls? Periods of long distance/separation? How do they reaffirm the choice they made together? I'm also into the after - when they muster out and settle down, what then? What are the ups and downs of living on Yavin IV and establishing an orchard and building a home together? How does life together differ post-war from what it was like pre-war?

Suralinda Javos/Vi Moradi

Spies and reporters! Suralinda just starting out in journalistic shenanigans, or Vi newly working for the Resistance? Or later on, Vi being an informant? Suralinda starting out her journalistic career and stumbling onto one of Vi's operations, whether because it's something Vi is working on, or she's looking into Vi's brother and stumbles across something unexpected? Them working together to establish pro-Resistance headlines?

Evaan Verlaine/Nash Windrider

Fuck me up with Alderaan feels. Just – two different people, who responded in two such wholly different ways to the loss of their planet. I'm good with them either having known each other, or met further down the line post-ANH. Basically, I'm here for some tragic trying-to-cope (with varying success) Alderaanians.

Chelli Lona Aphra/Leia Organa/Sana Starros

Rebel Jail was basically the best comic arc I've ever read and I want more. I'd love exploration of all of the various ways these women interact with each other. (Alternatively: the story of how Sana Starros ended up in bed with an ex and another ex's current flame.)
